Service Details

  • Once we receive your order, we’ll reach out immediately to provide you a gift card to present your clients on or after closing.

  • We’ll also proactively reach out to your clients to gain any plant preferences as well as their sun/light conditions.

  • When we start planning for our next season’s installations, we’ll contact your client directly to let them know when we’ll be onsite to deliver their gift. Our installation months are as follows: March (Spring), May (Summer), Sept (Fall), November (Winter).

  • We’ll also let you know when your gift has been delivered to give you the option of an additional touchpoint with your clients.
